In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our trade-in business, streamlining operational workflows, and driving data-powered decision-making. With expertise in business data analysis and process management, you will lead key initiatives to enhance efficiency, ensure seamless data integration, and continuously improve our BBTI operations.

What Role Will You Play in Shaping CompAsia's Future?
1. Project Management & Process Optimization
- Lead end-to-end project execution for BBTI, trade-in, and operational flow initiatives, with a focus on mobile phone bidding platforms.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement data-driven improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Develop and manage new project processes, business cases, and execution plans, ensuring alignment with CompAsia’s strategic objectives.
- Oversee the design and implementation of phone bidding platforms across all relevant markets to drive trade-in business scalability.
2. Data Management & Analytics
- Analyze and interpret trade-in and phone bidding data to support strategic decision-making and continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with partner, supply chain, and data teams to integrate automated solutions for data processing and reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across all trade-in platforms, including bidding systems.
- Generate operational and management reports to monitor stock levels, bidding success rates, and sales channel performance.
3. Trade-In Business Strategy, Pricing, & Execution
- Oversee trade-in program implementation across all relevant platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive pricing strategies for trade-in and phone bidding platforms to optimize revenue and margin.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and bidding metrics, and leverage insights to refine workflows and pricing models.
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and profitability in the trade-in and bidding process.
- Manage billing processes to partners, including GRN, PO, and trade-in reports, ensuring robust financial tracking.
4. Stakeholder Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with internal teams (operations, BBTI, finance, and sales) to ensure seamless execution of trade-in and phone bidding projects.
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and technology providers to optimize bidding platform integration and performance.
- Manage end-to-end coordination from partner stores to service centers and end-customer logistics flow, ensuring timely execution.
- Present project updates, insights, and recommendations to senior management with clarity and impact.
What Qualifications and Experience Will You Bring to Excel in This Role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, business process optimization, or data-driven operations.
- Proven experience in managing trade-in business processes and operational workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in the technology, e-commerce, Mobile, or telecommunications industry is a plus.
